Our Staff
Carousel Preschool & Daycare Center was started in 1979 by the Mummerts. Carousel is a family owned and operated business. We have been a part of the Cypress School District Child Care program since 1980.
Carousel has been on campus at Vessels Elementary since the mid 80's. We are licensed by the state of California and the Department of Social Services. We are open year round to meet your childcare needs.
We pride ourselves on our outstanding staff. Many of our staff members have been a part of the team for over 15 years. They are constantly developing ideas to make sure your kids are learning in fun and creative ways.
Amanda Phillips-Owner
Amanda has been on staff since 1998 and assumed ownership in 2015.
Tracie Troch- Director
Tracie has been with us for 25 years! If you have any questions or concerns, she's the one to see.
Paige Fansler-
Paige is our 2's teacher and works with our school-age group in the afternoon. She has been teaching at Carousel for 21 years.
Chrissy Smith-
Chrissy is our 3's teacher and joined our team in 2018.
Paulette Bracamontes-
Paulette is our Pre-K teacher and has been teaching at Carousel for 8 years.
Tina Ruiz-
Tina joined our staff in January 2021. She is our Pre-K teacher and works with our school age kids after school.
Stephany Najera-
Stephany joined our team in summer 2022. She works with our school age group after school.
